PU Support Strip Wave wire self-cleaning screen
The wave wire self-cleaning screen also called crimped wire self-cleaning screen, is made of multiple horizontal and parallel crimped wires. It can provide better size control in applications that are difficult to screen. In comparison with square and triangular mesh screens, the horizontally and parallelly placed crimped wires of the wave wire self-cleaning screens can eliminate more flat and elongated material, thereby providing better control over the size of the screened material. It is an efficient, non-blinding screen.
The wave wire self-cleaning screen is ideal for extreme blind screen situations. It has proven to be very effective in asphalt screening applications and other similarly difficult aggregate separations.
